Chapter 22

Anne is at her home in Hever and she is having a nightmare and wakes up and hears sobbing from the other room and it is her mother crying and her father looking over her because her brother has fallen with the sweat sickness. Anne receives a letter from the king saying how sorry he is for leaving her. Anne falls ill and loses consciousness and goes into a black sleep and does not remember anything except for her father carrying her to her bed and her being afraid that he will get the sickness and she also knows from present day history that her and her father will become ill but will also recover.

Chapter 21

Anne is feeling down and ill and everyone is waiting for her to feel better and she finally because well and she then becomes frantic because the sweat disease is soon upon them. And her friend, lady at court Bess is fallen ill and she is about to die and she ultimately dies from the disease and Anne is frustrated because her brother and the king has left her alone with her mother. The king is with Katherine and she is very upset.

Chapter 20

Okay in this chapter Anne and her Father are walking in the Privy Garden and speaking of the book and how drastically this will change their lives and how it will sway the King in their favor. Anne also had to be relocated to the towers because of an outbreak of measles in the main castle the towers is were the jousting armor and tool were held. Anne and the king dine in her apartment awaiting the arrival of Dr. Foxe with the news from the Pope. Dr. Foxe arrives with good news of the Popes graces to allow the annulment. Present day Anne believes that history has changed. I think it will stay the same.

Chapter 19

Okay in this chapter Anne and her friends are playing games and shooting bow and arrow because the weather outside has been terrible just a constant rain. Nan comes running in to interrupt the games to tell Anne that she has lost the book that she has given her and that the cardinal will have it in his possession. Anne handles this very well obviously because she knew it was going to happen. She then marches toward the King in his Privy Chamber to find him at his desk and she then tells the king that she wants the book back and that the king should help her get it back. Then sexual intimacy breaks out and things get all wild in the bedroom. Needless to say Henry was a happy man at the end of this chapter.

Chapter 18

Okay so Anne is extremely upset and bursting with anger and rage at the fact that the King would have Katherine at his side at the Joust instead of Anne. she expressed much anger and frustration toward the King which in turn he apparently cried and said that he loves Anne and that he wishes not to be in Katherine's company again. The BOOK! Anne gives the book to Nan, Anne says that the book will be taken away by one of the Cardinals men? Does this really happen? What does the Cardinal do when this book is in his possession? If Anne knew the Cardinal would get the book from Nan then why would she give the book to Nan?

Chapter 17

Now Anne is coming to realize that she is no longer present day Anne but she is truly Anne of the Tudor Era. She no longer even recognizes her present day self in the mirror and her mind is so fixed with the followings, emotions, and actions of Anne Boleyn that she fears she will never return to present day Anne. I also feel that she does not care if she returns at all she is so involved with this era in time that I believe that she could care less if she went back to the present. Anne is still falling into the trap of eminent death. I wish she had some presence of her present day self to help her understand that she is going to die if she does not change her ways. Nevertheless, Anne feels the emotions and weakness of herself when it comes to Henry and she utters the 3 words that lead to a road of no return. I LOVE YOU!

Chapter 16

Anne is taking charge of her role in the Kings Courtship I am very impressed and some what disturbed that she would take such actions as to woo or persuade the men around her. I feel that the power might be going to Anne's head. I feel since her last accidental meeting with Katherine that she has this new since of power, that she feels like she is already the Queen. I believe this might back fire on her at some point. Obviously it does back fire but I am impressed that she is being so bold with her conversations about politics and how she knows how the Cardinal is because of present day Anne's findings and research. If she adores Anne so much then why would she lead her down the same path to an eminent death?

POEM

a few years ago
a time when we were just kids
you took my heart away

I tried so long to find you
in front of me you always stood
waiting for my love

uncertain of your decision
you kindly asked for my heart
gladly I gave it all to you

so long a journey we have come
so happy we are together
forever and always together

a few years ago
a time when we were just kids
I took your heart away

Chapter 15

Crazy! Lots of things happen in this chapter that are both very normal following the path of the book until the end of this chapter but before we get to that lets talk about how big this house is for the King. Some 500 feet long? that is a pretty big palace if you ask me and the amount of food and wine served at the dinner for the celebration of Annes arrival seem to be extravagant. I do see though how hard the woman had it in this time. When Anne was describing the layers of clothing she was wearing it seemed like a lot to take on for just a dinner party and to have to dance in that attire after a full stomach of food? Yes seems like they had it pretty rough. I see Anne becoming stronger throughout this book in ways she did not think she could. At the end of the chapter she confronts Katherine by accident and stands up for herself saying that she is not a whore and that the King has grown tired of her saying that the Kings bed is cold with Katherine beside him. I say way to go Anne you show her who the boss is now!
Chapter 14

Starlight, I nice new gift from the King a horse apparently of great stature. A horse is a pretty awesome New Years gift. You can tell throughout this chapter that the King is trying his best to make light of the situation at hand he is trying to please Anne in every way possibly and by sending Stephen Gardiner and Dr. Edward Fox, Anne now knows that the King is trying everything in his power to annul his marriage with Katherine. The book, "The Obedience of a Christian Man" the King will not only apparently read this book but his mind set will be this book. For the King to be such a cruel man in history I am afraid that he did not read this book or take it to heart whatsoever.
Chapter 13

I can not believe that Anne has given all this information to Margaret aka "Margery". She has no idea how much this could jeopardize what the King has planned for them both if this were to get out in the public, the pope would surely not have the Kings marriage to the Queen annulled. And plus Margery has already told Anne about the connections that the Queen has through out the continent and if the Queen wants to stay in power then I believe she will do whatever it takes to stay there, Anne you better watch your back!

Importance of Writing and Communication

Communication and writing are present in our everyday lives. We use them to tell people what we want, need, feel, etc. Communication and writing has made me understand that you can not achieve what you want or do what you want to do without communication.
